She is incredibly easy to talk to and creates an environment where you feel completely heard. She takes the time to listen thoughtfully and really knows me as an individual — not just as a patient on her schedule.
Dr. Eustis is exceptionally knowledgeable about the many idiosyncrasies of menopause and understands how different the experience can be for each woman. What stands out most is how deeply she cares. Whether in person or by telehealth visits I always leave feeling supported, informed, and genuinely cared for as a person.

Dr. Eustis has such a great calmness about her. She's so attentive to my personal needs. She inquires about every aspect of my life... mental, physical, and emotional. So she spends almost an hour going over my medications, labs, history every single time I see her. She is also VERY thorough. She's all about your total well being, I'm not just another quota to meet or $ sign. I saw her in the Roper system and now private practice. I've never been disappointed. She truly cares for me as a woman and a whole person. She has a wonderful office staff.

Dr Eustis has been a lifesaver for me. Other doctors did test after test and thought I had lime disease, then lupus, then cardiovascular abnormalities, among other things. Then I finally met with Dr Eustis and I found out it was just hormonal imbalances causing all of my odd and annoying symptoms. She’s extremely knowledgeable about bio identical hormones and when I moved to nc five years ago, I looked for someone in my area who was as capable as Dr. Eustis.
